Very clean and comfortable home

Perfect for our ski weekend. The home was comfortable and stocked with basics that we appreciated. Comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this home again.

The house is absolutely stunning for a getaway in Glenwood.

We enjoyed relaxing in this quiet home after shopping all day. Positive: The location was good and very quiet. It was clean and comfortable. Negative: The shower in the en-suite bathroom is clogged so that I thougt it was going to overflow during my shower.

I highly recommend this property. Great value and location. Positive: Location was perfect. Amenities were exactly what we needed for our stay. We made meals for our family while there to save some $, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. Negative: I polled everyone in out group of 5 adults. Not a single complaint.

Positive: We absolutely loved staying here. It is in a beautiful location, the red rock backdrop was gorgeous. After several days of staying in hotels, it was a joy to have such a peaceful space to spread out and enjoy. It was a well equipped kitchen, thoughtful little real milk packets, coffee pods much appreciated. We did not use the sauna, but the washer and dryer worked great. Everything in the house worked, plentiful hot water. The bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding. There is a beautiful sense of care for the environment, with natural fibres and colors. Sitting out on the porch and relaxing was a real treat. We highly recommend staying here, we would definitely stay here again. Negative: Nothing. It was all great.

We had a lovely stay! The house was spacious and my boys had lots if space to run around and play. The house had a beautiful view of Mt. Sopris from it’s lovely porch. It was pretty close to everything we wanted to do. We only wish we had more time to enjoy! We will definitely be back.

We loved this place! This home was absolutely perfect for my husband, me, & our three kiddos. It was very comfortable & relaxing. We loved the basement area for the kids to play around in. The front porch was an extra bonus as we were able to enjoy sitting outside. The home was clean & free of clutter, which we appreciated. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. James, Carly, & Jon were excellent hosts. We had a great experience!

We enjoyed the house. The kitchen was well stocked, and space for us perfect for us to gather, yet have our own space.

House was nice and clean. The host gave us clear instructions and the house itself was easy to find. It’s located about 10 minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs and about 15 from the hot springs. Very quiet and clean neighborhood.

Our stay was the perfect spot for our busy family of 6! The place was safe, clean, and close to anything we could've needed. The description matched the listing, but the most impressive part was how communicative and informative James was prior to our check-in. There's nothing like traveling with your family and being unsure of where you're going, how to get in, and the rules/expectations. James made sure we knew all of the necessities prior to check in, and their Welcome booklet at the entryway filled in the rest for us. We look forward to staying again!

Really great little place located in the eastern part of Glenwood springs. The space was just right for our small group. Host was responsive and accommodating. Home was stocked with many nice amenities creating an enjoyable experience.

Nice place to stay for our family. Master bedroom bed was too soft and bouncy.. I think it was advertised as a king but was a queen size. Other beds seemed more comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the house, but amenities were good, and the house was clean. I suggest hypoallergenic cleaning and laundry products be used in the future. Kids would have enjoyed some hot cocoa Keurig pods. Beautiful flowers and yard!

We loved our stay. We felt like we were in our own little oasis. The front porch is awesome, we had dinner out there and enjoyed the views of the mountains. As four friends traveling together, we had plenty of space. Everyone had their own bed and was very comfortable. We only stayed one night, and the location was perfect for us to take advantage of what glenwood springs has to offer - mainly the hot springs. Ironwood was only an 8 minute drive and was perfect! James's instructions were great, check-in was easy, and overall the house was exactly what we were looking for.

Nice little place. Not nearly as big as the pics make it look, but it wasn't small by any means. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only gripe would be the lack of a grill, but I get it, it's an added liability/expense for the owners. Bring your own portable one or make other plans for meals. Otherwise, it had everything you'd need. Location was good, but not ideal, lots of backtracking to get back to the main roads, but the scenery is great so we got over that right away. Overall it was a great stay, thanks James and fellow investors!

Honestly, Jame’s listing might be the best Airbnb my husband and I’ve ever stayed at. It’s even better than the photos, the surrounding area is picturesque, plus you’re less than 10 minutes away from everything in the city center yet away from the chaos and traffic. James was also so friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Definitely a superior stay and we can’t wait to go back :)

The place is nice. We were there on work. So we were not too particular. The parking is very limited, There is absolutely no space for a Trailer. The house looks like you get a lot more parking; But half of the driveway and garage is for a tenant that lives in the basement. So the house is not completely "yours."
