Contemporary cozy Retreat by Roaring Fork River

Fantastic place to stay! My team enjoyed it.

This is a great place to book, especially if you’re doing activities at Sunlight Mt. Aspen airport, and Snowmass Mt are about an hour away but a straight shot and easy to get to. Lots of good restaurants nearby. They even had someone come by and shovel the driveway and sidewalk for us. The house is clean and cozy. I will definitely be back again.

We arrived late night and the place just shocked us. It exceeded our expectations. Loved the shower pressure, everything you need is right there(just bring your own coffee beens), great white linens, plenty of towels and pillows, appreciated extra blankets, lots of room to hang out with the group and very easy communication with the host. Would definitely stay again.

The property is well-maintained, clean, and seems recently renovated. The kitchen and dining area are spacious and open, which was perfect for our family of five. However, we wished there were more beds to accommodate our group comfortably. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable for the kids, so we ended up using air mattresses in the open areas, which worked due to the generous space. The main living areas have plenty of windows, making them bright and airy during the day, but this can be a challenge for sleeping with the light in the mornings and evenings. The two bedrooms and the family room, do have window coverings, which help with this. The kitchen was functional, though we would have appreciated a few more essentials, like scissors and cooking spray. That said, the nearby Walmart made it easy to pick up anything we needed. Overall, it was a nice stay, but a few adjustments could make it even better for families.

We really enjoyed spending a few days at Carly and Jon's place. It was a wonderful space for our family to gather for the winter holiday. The house is charming, very clean and exactly as it appears on the listing. Carly and Jon were quick to respond, accommodated our request for early check-in, and even came by twice to shovel the driveway. Everything needed was provided for a very comfortable stay. I'd highly recommend and hope to stay again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this location! The house is close to everything that there is to do in Glenwood Springs, the surroundings are beautiful, and the interior is very nice. I especially enjoyed their helpful guide to the area and the fact that they didn’t expect excessive cleaning from their guests.

I'll just call this place " My home in Glenwood ." I wanted to pack this home and bring it back to Texas. The host were very responsive and extremely helpful. 10 10 10 across the board. Looking forward to staying again

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the house! It was new, just like the pictures, very clean, and they even prepared a brochure to explain everything. I loved the backyard the most, it was so fun to make a snowman on a snowy day!

What a beautiful home! We loved all the modern updates. Hiking and hot springs were only 10 minutes away. Nice and open for family game night. Definitely would go back!

Can’t praise their place enough. Great location where it’s close to town but you still feel private. We had to check out a little later and they were accommodating for our family. They were great hosts and we always felt welcomed

This is the place to stay in Glenwood Springs. The entire house is beautiful and very comfortable and super clean! It’s on a nice, quiet street with access to a walking trail. It is also minutes from town.

Our stay at Carly and Jon's was just as we had hoped. The cottage was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. It is a beautiful, well-appointed home that we are more than happy Carly and Jon are willing to share. We certainly hope that when we are able to visit family in the beautiful Glenwood Springs area that the cottage will be available again.

Carly & Jon’s place was so clean and we felt right at home. It looked just like the pictures and we loved all of the natural light and how peaceful it was. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the patio furniture and lights at night! It was a short drive to several shops, restaurants, etc. We loved and appreciated the restaurant suggestions the hosts provided. They were responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Spent four days at the home and the location was great. Close to town and was able to white water raft, bike and enjoy hot springs. Home was very clean and comfortable and completely met our expectations.

This Airbnb made our stay in glenwood perfect! It was extremely clean and cozy. So many cute touches everywhere. We really enjoyed the bookshelves being stocked. The views out the front and back were great. All the linens and towels were in great condition and good quality. The charm of the house being old but newly remodeled made it so fun. I can’t get over the cute bump out living room. My teen enjoyed binge reading the Mindy Kaling autobiography in the smaller sitting room. There is a pedestrian bridge at the end of the street that goes over the river and was fun to walk to as a family and watch the ducks below. .5 miles away was our favorite donut shop, Coloradough. My husband loved their breakfast burritos. We enjoyed the outdoor seating for margaritas in the evening. We will definitely stay again if we are in town.

We absolutely loved our stay in Glenwood Springs. We have stayed at numerous Airbnb's but this was our favorite. We only wish we could have stayed longer. It was very comfortable clean and cozy. It was also in such a quiet peaceful area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in GS and will definitely return.

A very nice modern cabin, just perfect for our family of four. The girls loved relaxing in the living room after a long hike or visit at the amusement park. The puzzle was a hit as well. The kitchen was well arranged and had most of the items we needed. The only issue we experienced was a critter in the backyard who made noise at night. But hey, we were in nature.

I have stayed in many AIRBNBs over the last 5 or 6 years and Carly and Johns place is definitely at the top of my list!!! Very comfortable beds which is extremely important to me. Loved having my morning coffee on the front patio, so peaceful and the neighbors are super friendly. I loved staying here so much I’ll be back for another stay with them in a few weeks. I highly recommend staying in this wonderful home. 5 STAR all the way

Our group of four felt right at home at Carly and Jon’s place. It was super comfortable and quiet. It was one of the cleanest places that we’ve ever stayed in. We loved how close it was to the Roaring Fork River. Downtown Glenwood was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures, and the surrounding/view from the deck are even prettier than what I expected. Super relaxing spot in a perfect location. Carly and Jon were also extremely responsive and adaptable to our requests -- we loved our stay and are eager to return again.

Carly & Jon's was the perfect getaway in Glenwood Springs. We did not want to stay right in the Downtown area, but this was close enough to enjoy all the restaurants, shopping, and things to do in Glenwood Springs. At most it was a 10 min. drive to Downtown. The home was cozy, but plenty of room to stretch out in. Lovely front porch and yard and very quiet area. Having laundry was a plus and owners even provided the laundry detergent. Well stocked home. We spent a full day at Glenwood Springs Resort and then went back to enjoy an evening swim. (just get your hand stamped and you can return same day). Our family loved the Snowmass Rodeo on Wedneday night and day trip to Aspen. Nice hike on Grizzly trail. Thanks Carly & Jon! Sue & Fred, St. Louis

This was an amazing stay overall. The place is stunningly clean and modern with great natural lighting. Has everything you would need and makes you just want to stay in all day. Very close to restaurants, hot springs, and hikes. We loved being a guest here !

Located on a quiet street just a short drive to the commercial section of Glenwood Springs, this place was both a peaceful retreat and a good home base for our explorations of the area. My husband is a runner, and he was able to run from the house to the Raging Fork river trail each morning (go left out of the road the house is on and a little ways down is an access trail just before the small market/gas station). We found City Market was well stocked with fresh foods and just a short (5 -10 minutes?) drive away. Sitting on the porch was very comfortable since the weather was mild during our stay (high 80s in the daytime and high 50s at night), and leaving the windows open at night made it quite comfortable for sleeping. Another reviewer mentioned road noise, but that definitely was not something we experienced. We really enjoyed our visit at this cozy hideaway.

An amazing, beautiful, and modern home nestled in a quiet neighborhood inside of Glenwood Springs. We make a trip to Glenwood Springs one time a year and I will definitely be staying here next time. The front yard is perfect for some corn hole or just hanging out! Beautiful home!

What a great place! We loved the farmhouse style, cleanliness, and location. All in all, wonderful stay.

Very nice place...clean and pretty modern. A little disappointed that the fireplace didn't work. Beds and pillows were not as comfortable as they looked. The lighting in the master bath was very bad .. especially for women to put on make-up. I would also recommend more outdoor seating. There were 4 of us and only two seats on the front porch to sit on. Overall...a nice place to stay for a short stay.

Carly was very responsive and accommodating to any questions I had. The ambiance of the home was cozy and clean. I am glad my family was able to relax one day before our church event during the weekend.

Carly and Jon's house is a beautiful place to getaway, celebrate, and adventure! We came to celebrate my friend's birthday, it's in a great location to go downtown and explore Glenwood, but also such a gorgeous house that we didn't want to leave! Highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We came with our family of 5 for spring break skiing and this place was perfect for us. The bedrooms were great and comfortable, the open kitchen area was perfect for us to all hang around and cook. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us for skiing and then going into town, while also being quiet and feeling more remote. The hosts were fabulous about responding quickly to a simple question. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and will be back to stay again!

We stayed for an entire month and absolutely loved this property, we were sad to leave! The kitchen felt like my own with everything you could ever need and everything was clean. Master bath is beautiful, tons of storage in both bedrooms, and the mudroom is amazing for all of your ski gear. I would stay here again in a second and the owners were easy to get a hold of and super responsive. Not a single negative thing to say except it was  too bad the wood-burning stove was out of commission.
