Hemos disfrutado mucho en esta estancia. La casa es igual que las fotos. Además el dueño también se ocupaba de quitar la nieve de la entrada, por lo cual estamos muy agradecidos. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para relajarte pero muy cerca de todo, tiendas, restaurantes etc. El dueño también respondía rápido y muy amable. La cocina equipada con todo lo que puedes necesitar, electrodomésticos y hasta aceite, sal, café, etc. Estamos muy agradecidos y esperamos regresar pronto.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, with large windows in the living room. Unfortunately, it wasn’t snowing, but the view would have been stunning. James is an excellent host and responds to messages very quickly. I highly recommend this house!

Highly recommend staying at James air bnb in Carbondale! It’s in an amazing location, super close to Main Street and it was so cute and incredibly clean. James was very flexible and communicative and it was a pleasure staying at his place.

Desde que se llega al lugar se percibe el lindo ambiente de la casa y del lugar en general, ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo y en medio de bastante naturaleza, de verdad que fue una gran decisión el lugar y con gusto estando por allá volvería y totalmente lo recomiendo

Thoughtfully appointed with all the necessities…lots of windows , lovely wall art,comfy bedding. We loved it! …a couple suggestions: add a grab bar in bathroom shower area and consider a bathroom sink that is easier to use. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in this very comfortable, clean and well equipped house. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the many activities of the region. We'd love to stay again one day!

James was good to work with, responsive and accommodating to my request. The house was easily accessible and beautifully set up... Close to the grocery store, gas station, and free bike rentals. Pride of ownership is apparent throughout. My two personal highlights were the southwest windows bringing in the afternoon sunshine. Secondly, the deep bath for an evening soak. I highly recommend James and this house.

very clean interior, well equipped buy not cluttered. Host was responsive and throughly professional. quiet neighborhood close to a park, supermarket and free 30 min bike rentals. Only real downside is that it is a pretty packed neighborhood consisting of many small houses with cars parked everywhere. Lot sizes are tiny...but that is surprisingly true of many Colorado towns. For the price and location, its hard to do much better

James was great to communicate and we had a great time. It was my husband and I and our best friends and we settled in to this wonderful home after a full day of hiking. It was so clean and relaxing here. Beds were great we all Slept well. Location is spot on! We would stay again.

This was the perfect airbnb for our family. It was very clean and had some provisions pre-stocked which was a wonderful bonus!! Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay for the night. Perfect location for Glenwood Springs and Aspen. Very clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Beds and linens are very comfortable. AC worked well. Coffee, creamer, sweeteners, oatmeal and filtered water were a nice touch. Deck outside was nice to relax for awhile. Just like the photos. We all enjoyed our quick visit and would stay here again.

We had a nice time at Happy Home, even though it was only a 2-night stay. The beds are soooo comfy. Everything was clean and it was a nice touch to have the basics like coffee, tea, condiments, oatmeal, etc. it was great to not have to take out garbage, start laundry, etc…the way so many other air bnbs do. We were able to pack and leave. Thanks, James, and crew, for a lovely place to land. We will be back!

This was an awesome AirBnB. The pictures match with the physical location, and the town of Carbondale is beautiful! James was a great host, responsive to any need and proactive in trying to help with some travel issues that occurred on our trip to Carbondale. Couldn’t recommend both the AirBnB and Host enough!

James’ home was a wonderful stay for our little family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. The coffee, tea, and breakfast items were so greatly appreciated and had all the fixings (coffeemate, sugar, honey, etc.) We had a great time and so appreciate the hospitality!

Love this house, they really put effort into the interior style, they had great options for shampoo and conditioner, came with an extra space heater as well which was needed. Great space all around and the host was very helpful when asked questions. Everything was easy about this place

James was a wonderful host. Super quick to respond to any questions and proactive with helpful information. The house was super clean and the back yard was a great area to relax as well. The neighborhood, and its close proximity to the Carbondale park, amenities/restaurants etc was just what we were looking for, and James's place delivered exactly that. The kitchen was clean, updated and fully stocked , ready to go for easy meal prep with the food we bought at the grocery store a few blocks away. Thanks much, and we hope to return again the next time we are in Carbondale.

I wish I would have stayed longer.

This was an upside surprise. Very comfortable and workable as a place to stay. We were there for nearly three weeks and it functioned very nicely as a home away from home. James was very responsive and generous with making the place warm and inviting — but cool with just installed, excellent air conditioning! Will stay there again.

This was such a comfortable home. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the location was super convenient. As someone who cleans airbnbs and VRBO’s, cleanliness really stands out to me and this place was SPOTLESS! I was very impressed!!!

Loved having all the fun coffees/teas and everything we needed to cook some meals at the house. The bed we stayed in was SO COMFORTABLE.
